How To Install WordPress Manually
Installing WordPress manually is a little more complicated and takes a little longer than using Fantastico provided by a hosting service like Hostgator or an installer package like Expert WordPress. If you’re a do-it-yourselfer then here’s a video that shows you how it’s done.
While the video shows how to install WordPress 2.5 and WordPress is upto 2.7 the steps shown in the video are still the same

Yes, Arian, you can use part of my post for your blog unless your blog is promoting something illegal. Sorry, I don’t read the language you’ve written your blog in.
You should consider translating your blog into other languages so more people can read it.
